Since completion, this industry award-winning dealership has reached the status of being the #1Ford Super Duty truck dealership in America. Our design for this dealership was awarded industry accolades for the design of Iconic tailfin sign along Interstate 45 in Huntsville, Texas.
Project highlights
Bill Fick Ford (formerly Hillcrest Ford/Lincoln) features guest amenities and features such as a stone fireplace with hand tooled walnut wood Texas motif mantel, game room complete with domino table, cappuccino bar, computer workstations, custom refreshment bar, specialized truck center and aftermarket boutique.
The project was a design build project for World Class Automotive from Dallas, Texas with principals of Gravity acquiring the site, re-platting site for Automotive use, master planning, and installation of the City of Huntsville utility infrastructure required to permit construction of an automotive dealership. Gravity also completed the conceptual design, construction documentation, general contracting, project management, facility branding with Fordland, and operational implementation of the Autotainment concept created and owned by Mr. Graves.
