The Braniff Centre


The Braniff Centre project is a mixed-use development master planned by the Gravity Company, currently under development at Love Field in Dallas, Texas.  The former headquarters of Braniff International Airways, the $140 million mixed use development will feature Aviation, Hospitality, Automotive, Retail and Office uses over the 28.7-acre site.

Project highlights


Michael Graves and The Gravity Company were retained by Dallas aviation entrepreneur and car dealer Randall Reed to assist in the conceptualization and planning, branding, project management to negotiation of the Dallas City Council approvals necessary to construct the project.  Then Reed and his company, The Braniff Centre, retained Mr. Graves and the Gravity Company to obtain all necessary architectural and engineering to complete conceptual plans necessary to recruit Dallas developers Lincoln Property Company and Blue Star Land (owned by Jerry Jones and the Jones family), along with national aviation operator TAC Air into the project.
