Toward that objective, Gravity Construction offers turn-key construction services, including Concept Design, Design-Build, Bid-Build, General Contracting and Project Management for commercial, industrial and institutional markets.

Gravity Construction, LLC, (GC) is a Texas-based General Contracting firm, with offices in Dallas and Denver. We provide a complete range of construction services, including Design-Build, General Contracting and Construction Management for a variety of real estate markets. Over the past three decades, our principals have developed office buildings, medical clinics, retail centers, restaurant/hospitality/entertainment concepts,  automotive facilities, schools/gymnasiums, religious facilities, multifamily communities, manufacturing plants, distribution centers, and warehouse projects to name a few.

With any project, Gravity Construction has the capability to take on the planning, design and construction responsibilities from concept to completion. Through our collective knowledge, experience, and contacts within the industry, GC is able to commit to a development timeline which is much more efficient than those offered by others in our field. In addition, creating concepts which encourage a more thoughtful and efficient use of resources allows our clients to experience long-term value through lower operational costs and financial risks. We continually work to discover measurable ways to realize savings from sustainable facilities and ongoing operations.
